新华社北京8月4日电（记者赵旭）记者8月4日晚从北京市防汛指挥部获悉，截至4日21时，北京全市已转移82362人。
据了解，北京全市共关闭201家景区、3480家民宿、245家露营地、352条山洪沟道，3259项工地全面停工。
4日13时，北京市升级发布暴雨红色预警信号，并启动全市防汛一级应急响应。
